
River Sharks Add Thomas Aldworth

Today the Elmira River Sharks of the FPHL are proud to announce they have acquired Thomas Aldworth from the Columbus River Dragons.
Aldworth, a 28-year-old Forward from Brownsville, TN, joins the River Sharks after two very successful seasons in the FPHL. Playing in Binghamton in their first season Thomas was better than a point a game scoring 30 points in 29 regular season games with 13 goals and 17 assists and 61 penalty minutes before heading to Columbus last season, where again he posted better than a point a game with 37 in 34 with 18 goals and 19 assists with 53 penalty minutes. His sophomore season also included a point a game in the playoffs with 3 points in 3 playoff games last year.
"I'm very excited to have a guy with Thomas' ability playing for us. He has the speed and skill to take over games. We are excited to bring him to Elmira and see what he can do for the River Sharks." Coach Tyler Gjurich said about the trade.
