
River Cats To Host Job Fairs At Raley Field

WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The Sacramento River Cats announced today that they will hold two Job Fairs at Raley Field to recruit event employees for the upcoming baseball season. The Job Fairs will be held at Raley Field from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Feb. 7 and Feb. 21.
Between the River Cats and Centerplate (concessions), more than 350 positions are available at Raley Field. Walk-in applications will be accepted at the Job Fairs -- all applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Information regarding event positions is available online at www.rivercats.com or by calling the River Cats' Job Hotline at 916-376-4783.
"Raley Field's event employees have an outstanding reputation," River Cats President & Chief Operating Officer Alan Ledford said. "We have a solid base of friendly, hard-working event employees, and we are excited to add to that base. This is a great opportunity to make some extra money and spend part of your summer at the ballpark."

- Ushers - Security Officers - On Deck Shop
- Kids Corner Attendants - Crowd Managers - Ticket Takers
- Parking Attendants - Grounds Crew - EMTs
- Ticket Office - Stadium Operations - Concessions
- Suites & Catering - Grill Cooks - Warehouse Runners
The River Cats will defend their PCL Championship beginning April 8, when they open the 2004 regular season against the Edmonton Trappers in Yuma, Ariz. The club will open its home schedule at Raley Field on April 16 against the Edmonton Trappers.
