Brantford Bulldogs News Release

The Hamilton Bulldogs have announced that 2018 second round selection (34th overall) Michael Renwick, has agreed to an Ontario Hockey League standard player agreement with the club.

Renwick, a 5'11" and 170-pound defenseman, had 24-points (6-18) in 33 games this past season while playing for the Mississauga Reps Minor Midgets in the Greater Toronto Hockey League. Renwick also ranked second among all defensemen at the 2018 OHL Cup with eight points (1-7) in five games.

Bulldogs President and General Manager Steve Staios says the team is thrilled to have received a commitment from Michael. "He is a great two-way defenseman who has a strong ability to make plays at both ends of the rink," said Staios. "We are very pleased to welcome Michael to the Bulldogs family. Our fans are going to enjoy watching him grow and develop here in Hamilton."
