RedBlacks Welcome Nine New Faces Via 2022 CFL Draft

OTTAWA - The Ottawa REDBLACKS added nine new players on Tuesday night during the 2022 CFL Draft, led by second-overall pick, offensive lineman Zack Pelehos.

"It was a great night for the organization," said GM Shawn Burke. "We think we serviced all three sides -- offence, defence and special teams -- so we're excited."

Here's who was selected by the REDBLACKS in this year's draft:

1st round, second overall: Zach Pelehos, OL, Ottawa

2nd round, 11th overall: Cyrille Hogan-Saindon, OL, Saskatchewan

2nd round, 20th overall (territorial pick): Jesse Luketa, LB, Penn State

3rd round, 22nd overall: Keaton Bruggeling, WR, Carleton

4th round, 31st overall: Daniel Valente, DB, Western

5th round, 40th overall: Woodly Appolon, LB, Tuskegee

6th round, 49th overall: Subomi Oyesoro, LB, Calgary

7th round, 58th overall: Connor Ross, TE, St. Francis Xavie

8th round, 67th overall: Luca Perrier, RB, Laval
