Red Claws Acquire Romero Osby

PORTLAND - February 5, 2015 - The Maine Red Claws, presented by Unum, have acquired veteran Romero Osby. The Red Claws controlled his returning player rights.
Osby played for the Red Claws last season. He played in 12 games, starting all of them, averaging 16.2 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game. This season, Osby had been playing overseas, in France.
The Red Claws play three home games before the All-Star Break, starting tonight against Iowa. Maine also plays Saturday night vs. Westchester and Sunday vs. Delaware.
