
Real Monarchs SLC Opens 2019 Home Slate against Expansion Side El Paso Locomotive FC

HERRIMAN, Utah - Real Monarchs SLC opens the home portion of the 2019 USL Championship season Saturday, March 16 when it hosts 2019 expansion side El Paso Locomotive FC at Zions Bank Stadium. Kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m. MT as Head Coach MartÃn Vasquez looks to earn his first victory at the helm of Real Monarchs.
A "Family Four Pack" ticket special highlights match day proceedings in Herriman where fans can purchase four tickets and four corndogs for just $32 at RealMonarchs.com. General admission tickets start at just $9 with fans able to purchase premium seating at the match for just $12 per seat.
The Monarchs opened its 2019 campaign last Saturday, playing to a 1-1 draw against Western Conference rival Sacramento Republic FC. The Monarchs lone goal came from MF Jack Blake who earned and dispatched a first-half penalty to help the Utah club earn a point on the road. The match also saw seven players make their team debuts for the Monarchs as DFs Donny Toia, Erik Holt, MFs Ricardo Avila, Luis Palma, and FWs Douglas Martinez, and Lionel Abate Etoundi all made their first appearances for the Monarchs in the draw.
