
Raptors Make It 3 Straight with 17-4 Rout

Another night, another offensive explosion at Lindquist Field as the Ogden Raptors rolled to a 17-4 win over the Northern Colorado Owlz, making it four straight wins now halfway through this six-game set.
Connor Bagnieski stayed red-hot, following up his four-homer night with two more hits and three RBIs, including run-scoring singles in both the first and fifth innings. Chris Sargent had himself a night too, blasting two homers and driving in four, while True Fontenot got in on the action, going 4-for-6 with a homer and three RBIs.
The Raptors scored in six of eight offensive innings, put up a seven-run fifth, and racked up 17 hits, matching their run total.
Evan Blum added a three-run shot in the fifth, and Kyler Stancato, Cole Jordan, and Dylan Wilkinson each chipped in with RBIs as Ogden cruised from start to finish.
On the mound, Rolando Gutierrez earned the win, striking out five across five innings of work. Four relievers-Jestin Jones, Christian Ciuffetelli, Cameron Edmonson, and Nik Cardinal-combined to strike out seven more and allow just one run over the final four frames.
The Raptors now move to 18-15 on the season and have now scored 62 runs over their last four contests.
