
Rangers Building Update

Kitchener Rangers News Release
More than 100 fans attended an information session held by the Kitchener Rangers Hockey Club on Tuesday, October 11 at The Aud. The session provided an update on the club's presentation to the City of Kitchener that was made on September 26th, along with details on the process followed to date.
The expansion will accommodate 1,000 new seats, 920 general and 80 suite seating. The seats will be wider and provide more legroom. Eight new suites will be added. The development will provide expanded concourse space, additional concessions and washrooms, increased media space and improved exits and accessibility.
The Rangers will receive an updated and expanded dressing room, improved training facilities, expanded medical and rehabilitation facilities, larger teaching facilities, family space and office space.
Fans in attendance had the opportunity to ask questions about the expansion proposal.

The Rangers will continue to provide updates on the project as we move forward towards the expected decision date in mid November.
