Randall Leal, Walker Zimmerman Named to MLS Team of the Week

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Nashville SC midfielder Randall Leal and defender Walker Zimmerman were named to the MLS Team of the Week for the 20th week of the MLS season.

In a week where Nashville SC grabbed four crucial points to remain above the playoff line, Leal and Zimmerman earned starting nods on the ToTW roster. Leal contributed a goal and an assist in Nashville SC's 3-0 victory over FC Dallas and notched a second assist for the week on Zimmerman's goal in a 1-1 draw against New England Revolution.

Zimmerman scored his third goal of the year on a set piece that was perfectly placed by Leal for Nashville's goal in their draw against New England. Zimmerman's powerful header against fellow USMNT player Matt Turner placed him in a three-way tie for team lead in goals.

Nashville SC returns to action against Montreal Impact on Tuesday at 6 p.m. CT in Harrison, New Jersey. Fans can watch on MyTV30 and nashvillesc.com/stream starting at 5:30 p.m. and tune in to the radio on ESPN 94.9 and El Jefe 96.7 as the Boys in Gold continue their quest for the playoffs.
