Rancho Cucamonga, CA- Inland Empire took advantage of every opportunity Monday night as the 66ers plated two runs in the first after two David Herndon walks, Austin Gallagher singled to center to score both to take an early 2-0 lead.

Rancho cut that lead in half in the second as Mark Trumbo homered, his career high 15th of the season, to cut the lead to 2-1.

The 66ers would go on to score four unanswered runs, one in the 3rd, two in the 4th and one in the 6th against Herndon to jump out to a 6-1 lead.
