Rampage Reassign Goaltender Kent Simpson to Colorado Eagles

SAN ANTONIO- The San Antonio Rampage announced today that goaltender Kent Simpson has been reassigned to the Colorado Eagles (ECHL).

Simpson, 24, has not appeared between the pipes for the Rampage since his recall on October 26th. He began his season with the Eagles, logging a 2.01 goals-allowed average and .933 saves percentage in three games. The Edmonton, Alberta native was drafted in the second round of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft by the Chicago Blackhawks and has collected 49 games in the AHL.

The San Antonio Rampage begin a six-game road stint in this evening's match against the Bakersfield Condors at Rabobank Arena at 9 p.m. CT. All Rampage games can be heard on Ticket 760 and SARampage.com.
