The Tacoma Rainiers completed a three-game sweep of the Isotopes this afternoon, winning 4-3 in a game that saw four home runs leave Cheney Stadium. Albuquerque has now lost four consecutive games and its season record stands at 6-6.

Tacoma's Steve Baron hit the first home run of the day with a solo home run in the third inning to give the Rainiers a 1-0 lead. The Isotopes answered in the top of the fourth with two runs to go up 2-1, highlighted by Anthony Bemboom's RBI single to right field.

Noel Cuevas launched a solo shot to left in the sixth inning to increase the Isotopes advantage to 3-1. Cuevas leads the team with three home runs this season and is now batting .364 (16-for-44) with nine RBI. The Rainiers took back the lead for good in the bottom of the sixth on back-to-back home runs from D.J. Peterson and Ben Gamel.

Starting pitcher Matt Flemer was charged with his first loss of the year, allowing four runs and seven hits in five innings pitched. Right-handed reliever Chad Qualls made his fourth rehab appearance with the Isotopes, striking out the only batter he faced in the sixth inning.

The Isotopes now head back to Albuquerque for an eight-game homestand, beginning with a four-game set against the Reno Aces tomorrow night. Right-hander Zach Jemiola (1-0, 7.94) is slated to start for Albuquerque while Reno will send lefty Anthony Banda (0-1, 7.56) to the mound. The series opener is scheduled to get underway from Isotopes Park at 6:35 p.m.
