
Rain Causes Second Straight Rox Postponement

AUGUSTA, NJ -For the second straight day, inclement weather and wet field conditions have postponed the opener of a four-game series between the Brockton Rox and the Sussex Skyhawks. The Rox and Skyhawks will play a doubleheader tomorrow at Skylands Park starting at 3:05 PM. LHP Rolando Viera is scheduled to start for Brockton in the first game with RHP Robert Averette scheduled to start the second game. Both games are scheduled to last seven innings. Sunday, the Rox and Skyhawks are scheduled to play a second doubleheader, with the first game beginning at 1:05 PM.
The doubleheader and all Brockton Rox broadcasts can be heard on WBET 1460 AM in Brockton and www.brocktonrox.com. Tomorrow's Brockton Rox Pregame Show begins at 2:45 PM.
