Gary, Ind. - After playing 11 innings Wednesday, the Gary SouthShore RailCats, on the back of game-tying and game-winning hits from Adam Taylor in the 11th and 13th innings, finally pushed through against the Winnipeg Goldeyes Thursday, 5-4.

RailCats ace Charle Rosario put together another quality start for the team, and after allowing two runs in the third, settled down to retire his final 14 batters through seven innings of four-hit work, notching six strikeouts along the way.

Jaime Del Valle provided the 'Cats (32-37) offense in regulation - in the sixth and again in the eighth on an RBI groundout and RBI infield single.

The Goldeyes (32-37) scored in both the 11th and 12th, and the 'Cats answered both times on a Taylor RBI double and an error on a Ryan Brockett sacrifice bunt.

Then in the 13th, Taylor delivered the single to left field to give the team its third walkoff of the season.

Chris Bodishbaugh, who gave up only two unearned runs on two hits in four innings of relief, earned his second win of the season.

The 'Cats and Fish will wrap up the three-game series on a Fifth-Third Bank Fireworks Friday at the U.S. Steel Yard. Chuck Fontana is expected to make his second start for the SouthShore.
