Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. - After a rain-shortened blowout 15-1 loss to Green Bay, the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters (20-24, 5-4 2nd half) look to return the favor at Joannes Stadium. The Green Bay Bullfrogs (14-31, 2-7 2nd half) scored eight runs in the first frame from eight hits. The Rafters scored a run in their first inning as Ty Duvall (Vanderbilt) collected an RBI single, but the Bullfrog did not let up. Three more runs crossed for the Bullfrogs via back-to-back home runs and an RBI sacrifice fly. Before the rain came in the eighth, four more Green Bay runs scored between the fifth and seventh innings.

The Rafters reset tonight and will send Tyler Giovinco (2-0, 4.00 ERA) to the mound. Giovinco is making his third start tonight and has earned the win in his first two starts against the Kingfish and Dock Spiders.

The Bullfrogs will give the ball to Leo Perez (3-1, 3.57 ERA). Perez is making his seventh start for the Frogs tonight. In 27.2 innings pitched, he has struck out 27 and walked 10. His first start came against the Rafters on June 1st and earned the win allowing just one earned run and striking out four.
