(Peterborough, ON) - The Niagara IceDogs got off to a quick start that ultimately led to a 5-2 loss for the Petes on Monday afternoon.
Cameron Butler (16) scored for the fourth straight came, while Brady Hinz netted his fifteenth of the season. Michael Little, Ryan Merkley, and Liam Kirk recorded assists.
Peterborough was out shot 36-32 by the IceDogs. The Petes were 1/5 on the power play and 1/1 on the penalty kill.
The Petes are back in action on home ice on Thursday, February 21 at 7:05pm to host the London Knights and on Sunday, February 24 at 2:05pm to face the Kingston Frontenacs. Tickets are available through the Baker Tilly Box Office in person, over the phone at (705) 743-3561, and online.
