PSNH and Fisher Cats Going Green
May 23, 2008 - Eastern League (EL1)
New Hampshire Fisher Cats News Release
Manchester, NH- The New Hampshire Fisher Cats, the Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, and Public Service of New Hampshire have created a partnership to offer the PSNH Green Seats.
PSNH and the Fisher Cats will honor area businesses that have "gone green" to acknowledge their ever-constant efforts to value energy and reduce pollution. The organizations that are selected for this promotion will receive four tickets to a Fisher Cats game courtesy of PSNH. These individuals will be recognized during the game for their work in preserving the natural environment. "This is a great opportunity for the Fisher Cats to join with a great organization and promote energy efficiency," said Fisher Cats President/General Manager Rick Brenner. "We are excited to recognize businesses for their steps toward a greener environment."
The Fisher Cats host the Portland Sea Dogs, the Double-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, in a four-game series at Merchantsauto.com Stadium opening Friday night, May 30, at 6:35pm. There will be an Atlas Fireworks Show after the game. For tickets call (603) 641-2005 or visit www.nhfishercats.com.
