Pride are Hot at Home

The Nashua Pride wrap-up their longest home stand on the season with a double header tonight and a regular, good-old-fashioned, nine inning game on Saturday; all against the Worcester Tornadoes.

The Pride, despite making a solid bid at Manny Ramirez but coming up short, have beening playing their best baseball on the season, winning four straight against rivals Brockton and matching a season high four game winning streak. The Pride have not just been winning, but doing it in dramatic fashion, coming off of back-to-back walk off victories, both in the bottom of the tenth inning!

Come and watch the Pride at Historic Holman Stadium this weekend as they continue their push for the 2008 Can-Am League playoffs. Here is what is in store this weekend;

Today: Double header verus Worcester, 6:05pm - Soccer Night - The Pride welcomes the New England Revolution's Jay Heaps, also a U.S. National Team player, to the ballpark for a pre-game soccer clinic and some autographs!

Saturday: Worcester, 7:05pm - Support Your Troops Night - The Pride welcome all veterans to Historic Holman Stadium and will voice its appriciation to those who serve in te U.S. armed forces.

The first 750 fans through the gates will recieve mini American Flags to wave with Pride!

After the game, Atlas PyroVision Pyrotechnics will shoot off a spectaular fireworks extravaganza for all to enjoy!
