Tonight...

Currently the hottest team in the WHL with an 8-0-2-0 streak, the Blades open a 3-game road trip through the Central Division in Medicine Hat against the Tigers. Saskatoon has won their last 4 games in a row and has not lost on the road since January 5th in Prince Albert. The Blades will try to keep the streak rolling and add to their 8-point lead over Moose Jaw in the East Division.

Meanwhile, the Tigers return home from a 4-game road trip through B.C. and the U.S. where they picked up 7 of a possible 8 points. They now sit just 1 point behind Edmonton for 1st place in the Central Division.

The last game...

Riley McKay (10,11) and Chase Wouters (11,12) each scored twice while Tristen Robins (1G-2A) had a 3-point night in a 6-3 victory over the Brandon Wheat Kings on Sunday in Saskatoon. Nolan Maier made 25 saves for his 28th win of the season, his 3rd straight win in as many starts.

Head to head...

These two clubs met once in September and twice in November. The Blades are 3-0 and will try for the sweep tonight in the series finale. Last season it was the Tigers sweeping the season series 4-0. Former Tiger Max Gerlach leads Saskatoon's offense with 3 goals in the series... Tigers' captain James Hamblin leads the other side with 2G-2A. Nolan Maier has all 3 wins in goal for Saskatoon.

Who's hot...

Dawson Davidson had another 2 assists on Sunday bringing his point streak to 13 games (2G-19A). Max Gerlach had 3 assists last game, extending his personal point streak to 11 games. Riley McKay has 3 goals in his last 2 games and 5 points in his last 4 outings. Tristen Robins has 4pts in his last 2GP.
