The Bloomington PrairieThunder lost 3-2 in the shootout to the Arizona Sundogs on Wednesday night at U.S. Cellular Coliseum. Bloomington now stands at 6-2-1 on the season while Arizona improves to 3-7-2 on the year.

The PrairieThunder return to the Coliseum ice on Saturday night at 7:05pm when they host the Quad City Mallards for the first time this season.

It is a busy week all around for the organization. This Thursday (11/18) from 4pm to 7pm, join Head Coach Jason Christie as he is a "Celebrity Bartender" at Station 220 in downtown Bloomington. Proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of McLean County.....Also on Thursday from 6pm to 7pm, PrairieThunder players are participating in the Fairview Elementary Family Reading Night....On Friday night (11/19), Head Coach Jason Christie will be inducted into the Peoria Hockey Hall of Fame as part of the Peoria Rivermen's home game against Abbotsford at 7:05pm at the Peoria Civic Center.
