TEAM NOTES:

Real Salt Lake's Javier Morales scored 15 seconds into a match on May 11, 2014.
Houston had a goal overturned by Video Assisted Review in the 23rd minute. MF Tommy McNamara appeared to have scored off of a loose ball after a shot by FW Mauro Manotas; however, FW Alberth Elis, who was first to the rebound, was judged to be in an offside position at the time of Manotas' shot.
Houston and Real Salt Lake went into halftime level at 1-1. It was the 11th time this season that the Dynamo were on even terms with their opponent at intermission, and they are now 3-7-1 in those games.
Houston outshot Real Salt Lake, 10-8. It was the 13th time this year that Houston had more shots than their opponent, and they are now 7-4-2 in those games.
