(Peterborough, ON)- The Peterborough Petes are excited to announce that following Monday afternoon's game against the North Bay Battalion, fans will be invited to participate in a free Skate with the Petes on the Peterborough Memorial Centre ice.
The annual Family Day fundraising game supporting Five Counties Children's Centre will get underway at 2:05pm. The game, presented by ServiceMaster, will also feature face painting, a silent auction and a fundraising chuck-a-puck contest.
Ten minutes after the conclusion of the game, Petes players will return to the ice to skate with fans in attendance. Players will be signing and distributing free Peterborough SportsXpress player cards during the one hour skate.
