
Portland-Rochester Tickets On Sale Thursday

BUFFALO, NY (October 7, 2009) --- The Buffalo Sabres announced today that tickets for the Thursday, November 12 (7 p.m.) game between the Portland Pirates and Rochester Americans at HSBC Arena will go on sale Thursday at 10 a.m.
Ticket prices range from $15-$25, with groups of 15 or more receiving $5 off the box office price. To purchase tickets or for more information, call 1-888-GO-SABRES or visit www.sabres.com.
Portland and Rochester will also play at HSBC Arena on Sunday, March 7 at 4 p.m. Ticket information for that game will be announced at a later date.
Now in their second season as Buffalo's AHL affiliate, the Pirates played their first game at HSBC Arena against the Albany River Rats on February 10, 2008. The game was attended by 11,144 fans, the largest crowd to ever witness a Pirates home game in franchise history.
