HOUSTON, TX - With their exciting 4-3 win at Chicago tonight, the Aeros have finished the season in fourth place in the Western Conference, and will host the Utah Grizzlies in Games One and Two of the Western Conference Quarterfinals, with Game One beginning Thursday, April 11 at Compaq Center. Game time is set for 7:00 PM. Game Two will be Saturday, April 13 at 7:30 PM.

The best-of-five series will move to Utah for Game Three on Tuesday, April 16, and if necessary, Game Four on Thursday, April 18. If the series demands a fifth game, the decisive Game Five will be at the Compaq Center on Saturday, April 20.

Appearing in their first season as an American Hockey League franchise, the Aeros played to a final 39-26-10-5 record for 93 points, paced in the home-stretch by a seven-game unbeaten streak. Rookie Cory Larose will finish as the Aeros' leading scorer, posting 32-32-64 in 78 games this season, shattering the Aeros' record books for scoring by a rookie in a season.
