Pirates "Open the Vault" for Special Jersey Auction

Saco, ME - Beginning tonight, Monday, January 20 at 6 PM, the Pirates will hold a special online auction of game worn and game issued jerseys, including 2013 Pink in the Rink Jerseys, 2013 Military Jerseys, and home jerseys from the 2012-13 season. The Pirates eBay store can be found here .

The Pink in the Rink jerseys that will be auctioned off are as follows:

Autographed, game worn jerseys: Gilbert Brule, Brandon Yip

Autographed, game issued jerseys: Tobias Rieder, Louis Domingue, Tim Kennedy

The Military Jerseys up for auction are as follows:

Autographed, Game Worn: Andy Miele, Gilbert Brule, Randy Jones, Tim Kennedy, Brandon Yip

Autographed, Game Issued: Mark Louis

The 2012-13 jerseys up for auction include current Hershey Bears forward Joel Rechlicz's Pirates home jersey, current Boston Bruins goaltender Chad Johnson's home Pirates jersey, and Pirates defensemen Mathieu Brisebois and Brandon Gormley's autographed home jerseys from last season.

Each of the jerseys will have a different starting price, ranging from $275 to $500, with the auctions lasting one week. Jerseys will be shipped within 2 days of payment upon the completion of the auction with a certificate of authenticity. All sales are final and payment must be completed through Paypal online. Local pickup is available on request.

The Pirates will next play tomorrow night when they host the Worcester Sharks at the Androscoggin Bank Coliseé at 7 p.m. Tickets are available at the Androscoggin Bank Colisee by calling 783-2009 ext. 525 or online at thecolisee.com.
