Pirates event at the Children's Museum is this weekend

PORTLAND, ME- The Portland Pirates and Children's Museum of Maine invite fans to join the fun at their special fall Pirates event! On Saturday afternoon, from 2 - 3:30pm the Children's Museum of Maine will be giving out FREE kids tickets to a Pirates game - one ticket for every child that comes to the Museum! Fans can also meet the Pirates friendly mascot, Crackers as well as participate in special Pirates craft projects and activities, including a Pirates parade. Don't forget to take one last trip before the snow flies on the "Sea Pirate", a ship in the museum's outdoor shipyard sponsored by the Portland Pirates.
The Children's Museum of Maine is open Tuesday-Saturday from 10am until 5pm. Admission is $6 per person, under age one free.
The Pirates return to action on Friday night against Lowell at 7:35 pm. The Pirates next home game is Saturday, Hockey Night in Portland versus the Lowell Lock Monsters at 7:05 pm.
