TEAM NOTES
With the win, the Union have officially clinched a berth in the 2018 Audi MLS Cup Playoffs ... it is the third postseason berth in club history as well as the second in three years for the club.
Midfielder Borek Dockal notched two assists tonight, setting the Union's all-time record for assists in a single season (17) ... he also took over the outright lead in the category across all MLS players.
Fafa Picault's two goals tonight gave him 10 on the season, taking the Union team lead and also setting an MLS career-high for the winger.
Keegan Rosenberry recorded two assists tonight, his first career multi-helper match.
Following a FIFA international break, the Union return to the pitch in their penultimate regular-season match on Sunday, October 21 vs. the New York Red Bulls at Talen Energy Stadium (3:00 p.m. ET / 6abc).
