The Somerset Patriots defeated the Erie SeaWolves by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday afternoon at UPMC Park in Erie, Pennsylvania. The win snapped a season-long three-game losing streak for Somerset and evened out the series 1-1.

RHP Richard Fitts (6.0 IP, 0 R, 5 H, 1 BB, 5 K) earned his second win of the season in his second scoreless outing, both of which have gone six innings.

CF Jasson Dominguez (2-for-4, R, 2B, BB) scored the game's first run, after he doubled with one out in the sixth inning. The performance marked Dominguez's sixth multi-hit game of the season.

3B Caleb Durbin (2-for-4, R) scored the decisive run in the top of the ninth inning, after leading off with his second hit of the game. The performance marked Durbin's third multi-hit game of the season since joining the Patriots.

2B Max Burt (2-for-4, RBI, R) drove home the game's decisive run on his second hit of the day and scored the Patriots' final run of the game. The performance marked Burt's sixth multi-hit game of the season.
