- Philadelphia has now won 13 consecutive games in the Wachovia Center. The last loss for the Phantoms in the Center came on Dec. 10, 2004, a 4-3 loss to Hershey. The club went 11-0 at the Center in the 2005 Calder Cup Playoffs and then won the two games there last weekend.
NEW GUARDS IN GOAL
Phantoms fans saw both members of the team's 2005-06 goaltending tandem this weekend. Jamie Storr and Rejean Beauchemin became, respectively, the 16th and 17th goaltenders in franchise history to appear in a game when they made their debuts on Saturday and Sunday.
CAREER DAY FOR ABEL
