Youngstown Phantoms News Release
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Due to the severe wind chills that have necessitated school delays and cancellations this morning, the Youngstown Phantoms are offering free admission to all students and parents for today's Wednesday morning game against the Indiana Ice.
The contest, originally slated to begin at 10:00 am, will also be moved back to 10:15 am in efforts to allow fans more time to come to the Covelli Centre.
