
Petitcodiac Arena To Host Wildcats Skills Competition

Moncton NB - The Petitcodiac Arena will host the Moncton Wildcats annual skills competition on Monday February 22.
This marks the fourteenth year the Wildcats have presented the skills competion. The Wildcats enjoy the opportunity to visit local communities who have supported the team over the years by hosting the skills event in thier local arena. The event gets underway at 615pm with a "skate with the cats" which is open to anyone who wants to have the opportunity to skate with thier favorite Wildcats player. Also starting at 615pm to 715pm the Wildcats official team bus will be available to tour. At 715pm the Wildcats will be devided into two teams and it will be GAME ON. Players will compete in events such as the fastest skater, the most accurate shooter and a showdown event sure to please all. Admission is by donation with all proceeds being donated to the Petitcodiac Minor Hockey Association.
