May 14, 2019 - Southern League (SL1)
Chattanooga Lookouts News Release
The Pensacaola Blue Wahoos handed the Chattanooga Lookouts their second shutout of the series with a 3-0 win.
Chattanooga's bats were stymied all night by Pensacola's pitching staff. Brusdar Graterol threw five shutout innings to win his fifth game of the year and bring his ERA down to 1.69.
Lookouts pitcher Rob Wooten pitched well in his first start back, only allowing one unearned run in five innings. In addition to an unearned run the Blue Wahoos scored two runs in the eighth to make it 3-0.
Designated hitter Brantley Bell recorded the only multi-hit game for the home team and is now hitting .264 on the season.
Tomorrow, the Lookouts aim to win their fourth series win in a row with RHP Tony Santillan on the mound against RHP Griffin Jax. Gametime for the day game is at 11:15 a.m. with gates opening at 9:30 a.m.
