Friday, Apr. 15 - Penguins 2 at Lehigh Valley 1
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton faced another 40-save performance by a Phantoms goalie, but this time the Penguins came out on top thanks to Jake Guentzel's third period game-winner.
Saturday, Apr. 16 - Penguins 1 vs. Providence 3
The Pens came out firing on all cylinders in their last home game of the regular season, posting 20 shots on goal in the first period and taking a 1-0 lead with a Carter Rowney goal. Alexander Khokhlachev and Austin Czarnik combined for two Bruins goals, and an empty netter was added with 0.2 to go.
Sunday, Apr. 17 - Penguins 1 at Hershey 2 (SO)
For the first time in this season, the Penguins and their opponent entered the third period scoreless. Dustin Jeffrey reached the 20-goal plateau with a tying tally late in the third. Casey DeSmith stopped 21 of 22 shots faced before he was replaced by Sean Maguire, making his AHL debut. Maguire stopped all four shots faced in regulation and OT.

The first round of the Calder Cup Playoffs is set, and the Penguins will face-off with the Providence Bruins in the postseason for the third time in four years. In both of their playoff meetings in 2013 and 2014, the Penguins downed the Bruins in seven games. Providence boasts a lot of offensive firepower with two players in the AHL's top five in points (Seth Griffith, 77; Khokhlachev, 68) and the league's top goal scorer (Frank Vatrano, 36).

- Starting every game in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's three-in-three weekend, Casey DeSmith put up a .950 save percentage.
- Will O'Neill is the third defenseman to reach 50 points in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton history (Micki DuPont, John Slaney x2).
- O'Neill's four-assist weekend set the franchise's all-time single-season record for assists by a defenseman (42).
- With 25 goals, Dominik Simon became the third rookie in Penguins history - and first in 12 years - to lead the team in goals at season's end (Toby Petersen, Michel Ouellet).
- In the 2013 Calder Cup Playoffs, the Penguins became the first team in AHL history to come back from 3-0 series deficit and win, 4-3, on the road by defeating the Providence Bruins.
