BRIDGEPORT, CT - The American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, are now offering four partial-season ticket packages for the 2005-06 season. The packages are the 20-game "All-Star Plan", 15-game "Weekday Plan", 15-game "Weekend Plan" and six-game "Intro Plan". Each package offers guaranteed seating, discounted pricing and special promotions for all games.
The 20-game "All Star Plan" features a 20% discount off box-office prices, four chances to see the Sound Tigers play the archrival Hartford Wolf Pack, a special team practice event and the option to renew for the 2006 Calder Cup Playoffs. Pricing for the "All-Star Plan" starts as low as $240.
The 15-game "Weekday Plan" features a 15% discount off box-office prices, three chances to see the Sound Tigers play Hartford, a special team practice event and the option to renew for the 2006 Calder Cup Playoffs. Pricing for the "All-Star Plan" starts as low as $191.
The 15-game "Weekend Plan" features a 12.5% discount off box-office prices, an exciting slate of Saturday and Sunday contests, a special team practice event and the option to renew for the 2006 Calder Cup Playoffs. Pricing for the "Weekend Plan" starts as low as $195.
All seats for the six-game "Intro Plan" cost less than $10 with per-game pricing of $8.17 for children and $9.83 for adults.

The Sound Tigers will celebrate their fifth anniversary in Bridgeport as the top affiliate of the Islanders in 2005-06. They will open the regular season with the first of four straight road games when they visit the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins on Wednesday, October 5th. Their first home games at Bridgeport's Arena at Harbor Yard will be Saturday and Sunday, October 22nd and 23rd when they host the Portland Pirates and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
Sound Tigers 2005-06 season tickets are on-sale now at savings of up to 25% off box-office costs with most seats available at lower prices than last year. Information regarding all Sound Tigers ticket packages is available by calling 203-334-GOAL or logging on to www.soundtigers.com.
