HAGERSTOWN, MD - David Parkinson threw a complete game shutout to lead the BlueClaws to a 3-0 game two win on Sunday and a split of their double-header with Hagerstown.

Lakewood (18-10/59-39) splits their four-game series with the Suns (10-19/37-60).

Game One

Gage Canning broke a scoreless tie with a two-out RBI single in the bottom of the sixth to score Phil Caulfield and give the Suns a 1-0 win in the opener.

Andrew Brown (3-2) went the whole way for Lakewood, but allowed one run and took the loss. Brigham Hill (2-3) threw six scoreless innings for the Suns to earn the win while Phil Morse threw a 1-2-3 seventh, striking out the side, to earn the save.

In the bottom of the inning, the Suns had two-on and one-out but left the two on base.
