LOVES PARK, Ill. - Papa John's will remain on the Rock River Valley's top concessions menu in 2007.
Today, the Rockford RiverHawks and Papa John's Pizza announced that Papa John's will once again be served at RiverHawks Stadium. It's part of a wide menu of traditional ballpark fare, grilled goods, Asian and other specialty items that earned RiverHawks Stadium the Best Concessions Award this fall from the Rockford Register Star's "What Rocks in the Rock River Valley" publication.
"This was by far our top pizza-selling season and we're happy to have Papa John's in the ballpark again," RiverHawks general manager Josh Olerud said.
In addition, Papa John's coupons will be on one-third of all RiverHawks tickets printed for the upcoming season.
The RiverHawks are the defending Western Division champions of the Frontier League, an 11-team independent professional baseball league that will play its 15th season in 2007. Advertising, ticket and suite information is available by calling the box office at (815) 885-2255. All games are broadcast live on WRHL-FM, 102.3 - the Hub and online at www.rockfordriverhawks.com.
