Greenville Swamp Rabbits News Release
Greenville, S.C. - The Greenville Swamp Rabbits, proud ECHL affiliate of the New York Rangers and the AHL's Hartford Wolf Pack, are proud to announce that Palmetto Restaurant and Ale House will become the official watch party destination for all road games during the 2015-16 season.
"We are thrilled to expand our partnership with the Swamp Rabbits and associate ourselves with what they're doing this season," said David McCraw, part-owner of Palmetto Restaurant and Ale House. "We look forward to meeting and celebrating with the local fans as we host the away games all the way through the season finale in April."
The Palmetto Restaurant and Ale House is located at 103 E. Beacon Drive in Greenville, just off of Pelham Road. It is also home to the "Swamp Rabbits Live!" coach's show each month.
"This will be a tremendous opportunity for Swamp Rabbits' fans to follow the team all season," team broadcaster Alan Fuehring said. "Palmetto Restaurant and Ale House provides a great atmosphere for watching the games, especially when you're surrounded by other fans. I think these watch parties will be a huge hit."
The watch parties will kick off this Saturday, Oct. 17, when the Swamp Rabbits travel to the Sunshine State to take on the Orlando Solar Bears in the season opener at 7:00 p.m. Palmetto Restaurant and Ale House will be showing the entire game for free, as well as offering great food and drink specials.
