San Angelo Colts News Release
San Angelo, Texas --- The San Angelo Colts announced Tuesday they have re-acquired catcher/infielder Davis Page from the Washington Wild Things of the independent Frontier League. In order to make room for Page on the roster, the Colts have also traded rookie infielder K.C. Judge to the Abilene Prairie Dogs in exchange for future considerations.
Page was traded to Washington on May 22 in exchange for future considerations. However, a week later, Page is back with the Colts.
The 24-year-old began his career with the Colts last season. He played multiple positions, including catcher, second base, third base and the outfield. Page hit .259 with four home runs and 14 RBIs in 45 games last year.
Judge is a rookie who had a sensational collegiate career at California Lutheran University. In three years at Cal Lutheran, Judge helped lead the program to back-to-back-to-back 20-win seasons.
The 23-year-old also hit .380 at Cal Lutheran, which is tied for seventh best in program history.
The San Angelo Colts are a member of United League Baseball who are in their 13th season. Tickets are on sale now, and available at the Colts' front office at Foster Field.
