Indiana Pacers guard Chris Duarte has been assigned to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants and will play with the team in Wisconsin on Wednesday night against Herd.
Duarte was assigned to the Mad Ants on Monday and practiced with the team before being recalled after practice before the Pacers' game on Monday night in Indianapolis. He was reassigned to the Mad Ants for rehab on Tuesday morning, officially marking his 2nd assignment of the season.
Duarte was the 13th pick in the 2021 NBA Draft and averaged 13.1 points per game as a rookie for the Pacers. In this, his second professional season, Duarte is averaging 8.9 points per game for the Pacers.
