
P-Bruins Fall to Bridgeport

Providence, RI -- The Providence Bruins came up on the short end of a 1-0 decision to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers on Wednesday night in Connecticut. The Bruins are now 12-8-4-2 on the season.
Goaltender Andrew Raycroft was strong on the night despite taking the loss, stopping 34 of the 35 shots he faced. He is now 9-6-2 on the season.
The Bruins host the Lowell Lock Monsters on Friday, December 6 at 7:05 p.m., before visiting the Manchester Monarchs on Saturday night at 7:35 p.m. The busy stretch of games concludes in Providence on Sunday, December 8 at 4:05 p.m., when the Bruins host the Hartford Wolf Pack.
Bruin center Matt Herr will appear on FOX 64's program, "Sports Wrap" on Thursday at 10:45 p.m.

The Bruins will participate in First Night Providence on Tuesday, December 31, when they host the Hartford Wolf Pack at 4:05 p.m. Fans with First Night Buttons will be able to purchase tickets to the New Year's Eve game for just $10. Buttons will be on sale at the Dunkin' Donuts Center Providence box office for $9 until December 26. After that, the buttons will be available for $12.
