Norfolk Admirals News Release
The Chicago Blackhawks announced today that forward Garry Valk has been assigned to the Norfolk Admirals of the American Hockey League.
Valk was signed as a free agent by the Blackhawks on October 9th after having played with the Toronto Maple Leafs last season. In 12 games with the Blackhawks this season, Valk recorded one assist with two penalty minutes.
