P-Bruins Announce Clear Day Roster

Providence, RI - The Providence Bruins, in their 18th year in the American Hockey League, announced their Clear Day roster this morning, consisting of the maximum two goaltenders and 20 skaters.

According to AHL bylaws, only the players listed on a team's Clear Day roster are eligible to compete in the remainder of the 2009-10 regular season and 2010 Calder Cup Playoffs, unless emergency conditions arise as a result of recall, injury or suspension. Teams may also add signed junior players or players on amateur tryout contracts after their respective junior or college seasons are complete.

The P-Bruins' Clear Day roster consists of goalies Kevin Regan and Dany Sabourin, forwards Jamie Arniel, Zach Hamill, Jordan Knackstedt, Drew Larman, Guillaume Lefebvre, Mikko Lehtonen, Jeff LoVecchio, Lane MacDermid, Kirk MacDonald, Brad Marchand, Levi Nelson, Yannick Riendeau and Trent Whitfield, along with defensemen Andrew Bodnarchuk, Alain Goulet, Adam McQuaid, Jeff Penner, Jared Ross, Cody Wild and Andy Wozniewski.

Providence returns to action with three games against the East Division this week, beginning Friday at the Dunkin' Donuts Center against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins at 7:05 p.m. for St. Patty's T-Shirt Night. On Saturday, the P-Bruins travel to New York to take on the Adirondack Phantoms at 7 p.m. Then, Providence hosts the Binghamton Senators at 4:05 p.m. on Sunday for Amica Lip Balm Night.
