The United Hockey League's Colonial Cup Playoffs are into the semi finals. The Rockford Ice Hogs are taking on the Muskegon Fury. Attack alums Robin Big Snake (Rockford) and Bill Zalba (Muskegon) will battle for a place in the finals in their best of 7 series. Muskegon is the two-time Colonial Cup Champions. Game one takes place Friday in Muskegon.

The Kalamazoo Wings will compete against the Danbury Trashers. Platers Alumni Dustin Virag and Mark Vilneff are both members of the Kalamazoo Wings.

The Central Hockey League's Ray Miron President's Cup has reached the finals. The Laredo Bucks are in against the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs as game four of their best of 7 series takes place in Bossier-Shreveport Friday night. Laredo features Attack Alumni Todd Griffith while Platers Alumni Jason Campbell belongs to the Mudbugs. Laredo leads this series 3-0. These two teams are in a rematch of the 2004 finals in which Laredo won 4 games to 3.
