The Canadian Hockey League today announced the fourth CHL Mosaik MasterCard Top 10 Rankings for the 2006-07 season. The weekly rankings are selected by a panel of National Hockey League scouts. For the second consecutive week the Owen Sound Attack is one of the top junior teams in the country.
