Binghamton Senators News Release

OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators (@Senators) announced today that the club has recalled forwards Ryan Dzingeland Nick Paul from its American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators.

This is the first career recall for Paul, 20, who has recorded six goals and 11 assists in 43 games during his first professional season with the B-Sens. The 6-4, 230-pound native of Mississauga, Ont., was acquired by the Senators along with Alex Chiasson, Alex Guptill and a 2015 second-round draft pick (which was later traded to New Jersey to ultimately draft prospect Gabriel Gagné) in exchange for Jason Spezza and Ludwig Karlsson on 7/1/14.

This is the second recall of the season for Dzingel, who joined the Senators on Dec. 21 and played in one game, making his National Hockey League debut in Ottawa's 2-1 shootout loss to the Florida Panthers on Dec. 22 in Sunrise, Fla. In 44 games with the B-Sens, Dzingel has registered 36 points (12 goals and a team-best 24 assists).

Dzingel and Paul both played for Binghamton last night in its 6-2 loss to Hershey.
