Ottawa Assigns Defenseman Tomas Kudelka To Elmira

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Ottawa Senators, the parent club of the Binghamton Senators, today reassigned defenseman Tomas Kudelka to the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL.

The 20-year-old native of Zlin, Czech Republic, was drafted by the Ottawa Senators in the fifth round (136th overall) of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.

In two games with the B-Sens this season, Kudelka has no points and two penalty minutes. In a prior stint this season with Elmira, he registered a game-winning goal and two assists in four games for the Jackals.

The B-Sens look to snap a two-game skid tonight as the Philadelphia Phantoms travel to the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena for the first time this season. The Phantoms are off to a red hot start this season, going 11-1-1-0 in their first 13 games.
