Ottawa 67's News Release

OTTAWA - A few days after a promising 2021 OHL Priority Selection Draft, the 67's scouting staff were at it again on Wednesday for the U-18 Priority Selection Draft, in which they held the 15th and 26th overall picks.

Here is how it all shaped out for the Barber Poles:

15th overall - 1st round - Alexander Siletsky, LW

A left-hand shot forward, Siletsky played for the Mississauga Reps U16 AAA during the 2019 season. The 6-foot, 168 pounds Concord native collected five goals and one assist for six points in 32 games. During playoffs, Siletsky scored one goal in nine games played. He is now a member of the Mississauga Reps U18 AAA.

26th overall - 2nd round - Hunter Neil, LW

Playing for the HEOAAA Kemptville 73's U18 AAA in 2019-2020, Neil collected 10 goals and 15 assists for 25 points in 45 games. Fun fact, the 6-foot, 158 pounds' left-winger is former Ottawa Senators legend Chris Neil's nephew.
