Osceola Magic News Release
The Osceola Magic defeated the Raptors 905 120-116 Monday at Osceola Heritage Park.
Trevelin Queen had a team-high 32 points on 68% shooting and dished out 10 assists.
"It takes a certain level of intensity to win at the professional level," head coach Dylan Murphy said. "It doesn't matter if we're up or down by 30, 20 or 10. We're going to bring it, and we're going to fight; that's what they did tonight. The guys know what the stakes are, and they understand every game is extremely important. We want to get to the playoffs and want to have home court advantage."
The Magic showcased an impressive offensive performance, shooting 55% from the field and 41.9% from beyond the arc. Osceola completed a comeback after facing a 12-point deficit in the fourth quarter. Fueled by 13 points from Queen, the Magic went on a 38-24 run to secure their third consecutive victory, moving them into first place in the Eastern Conference standings.
"We always stick together," Queen said. "We believe in one another and made sure to adhere to the game plan. My goal is to make the right plays; I've been working hard on being the best leader I can be. Our mindset is a championship mindset."
