ONTARIO, Calif. - The Ontario Clippers (8-4) fall to the Salt Lake City Stars (5-6), 122-113, on Thursday night at the Toyota Arena in Ontario.

Xavier Moon led all scorers with 26 points on 12-or-24 shooting from the field, to go along with 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Moussa Diabate flirted with a double double, scoring 17 points and pulling down 9 rebounds. Jordan Miller added 16 points for the starting unit while Brodric Thomas recorded 19 points off the Clippers' bench.

The Stars were led by Brice Sensabaugh's 23 points on 9-of-14 shooting from the field and 3-of-6 shooting from range. Johnny Juzang followed close behind with 22 points off the bench. Micah Potter added a 20-point, 12-rebound double double in the Salt Lake City victory.

The Clippers opened the game strong, winning the first quarter 34-27. They extended their advantage to as much as 14 in the second and took a 9-point lead into halftime. Salt Lake City came out of the break a new team, storming out of the gates with a 12-2 run to regain the advantage. The contest was neck-and-neck the rest of the way but the Stars would edge out Ontario with a 13-4 run to close the game.
