Only three days until 10th Anniversary Logo Launch and Mega Auction

Springfield, MO - Time is running out to get your tickets for this Thursday's 10th Anniversary Logo Launch and Mega Auction, only three days away. The event will run from 6 - 9pm on Thursday at Hammons Field. Tickets for the event are available right now at the Cardinals Front Office and Gate 1 Ticket Office, and must be picked up in advance.

Highlighting the evening, the Cardinals will unveil their brand-new logo for the historic 10th Season in 2014. In addition to being among the first to see the brand-new logo, all fans in attendance will receive a commemorative Season 9 Coin while they enjoy free food and Coca-Cola products. Additionally, there will be a cash bar for adults, free Amberg Inflatables for kids, and everyone can bring their glove and play catch on the field.

The special evening at Hammons Field will also include a Mega Auction from 6 - 8pm. The Mega Auction will feature a wide variety of Cardinals items, including most of the promo items from the first nine seasons, a Championship Package, Specialty Jerseys, a 2013 Promo Club Membership and more. Fans will also have the opportunity to bid on specialty autographed memorabilia, autographed items from past players and 8x10 photos of Cardinals Hall of Famers, just to name a few.

In addition to all of the great promotional and autographed items, the Mega Auction will feature once-in-a-lifetime experiences at Hammons Field. Fans can bid on the opportunity to present the lineup before a game, throw out a Ceremonial First Pitch, broadcast an inning, take Batting Practice on the field, serve as the Ballboy/Ballgirl for a game (ages 14+), and much, much more.

As if the Logo Launch and Mega Auction weren't enough, the event will include a Buy It Now Garage Sale so fans can scoop up must-have items before the final home series of the 2013 Regular Season (August 31 - Sept. 2). The Buy It Now Garage Sale will include Collectable Coins, Game-worn Jerseys, T-shirts, Replica Rings, Game Bats, Texas League Balls and more.

To show our continued appreciation, all Season Ticket Holders may attend the 10th Anniversary Logo Launch and Mega Auction for free, while admission for non Season Ticket Holders is only $20. Tickets to the event must be picked up in advance at the Front Office or Gate 1 Ticket Office.

Final home series of the Regular Season starts this Saturday The Cardinals continue the road trip in Tulsa on Monday at 7:05pm. Catch all the action live on Jock 98.7FM and SpringfieldCardinals.com, and tune in 15 minutes early for the Coyote's Sports Cafe Pregame Show.

Springfield returns home for the final home series of the 2013 Regular Season, starting on Saturday, August 31. That night will feature the Mercy Knit Scarf Giveaway (2,500), along with AM Pyrotechnics End of Season Fireworks. The Cardinals will also be wearing Teal Pinstripe Specialty Jerseys that will be auctioned off to benefit GYNCA. First Pitch is 6:09pm, gates open at 5:09pm.

The Cardinals then take on the Tulsa Drillers again on Sunday, Sept. 1 at 6:09pm for the Purina Bark in the Park, when all fans can bring their dogs to the game. The night will feature a pregame pet parade, with all fans that bring pets invited to march around the field. To participate in the parade, please arrive at the ballpark by 5:30pm.

The Sunday, Sept. 1 game will also feature the Purina Pet Food Bowl Mat Giveaway for 2,500 fans. Sunday's game will be a Hiland Dairy Ice Cream Sunday with free ice cream for kids before the game, and then all kids can run the bases after the game. Gates open at 5:09pm.

The Cardinals then wrap up the 2013 Regular Season on Monday, Sept. 2 with a 12:09pm First Pitch. The Labor Day ballgame is Fan Appreciation Day, with all fans in attendance receiving a free ticket voucher for a 2014 game.
